How much weight can I expect to lose?

Clinical trials of FDA-approved GLP-1 medications show meaningful average weight loss over 68+ weeks: STEP 1 reported ~14.9% with semaglutide; SURMOUNT-1 reported ~22.5% with tirzepatide.
